What we collect

When you take our assessment, we collect:

• Your email address
• Optionally, your phone number
• Your answers to the quiz questions (visa status, situation, salary range, etc.)
• Anonymous usage data (page views, button clicks) for product improvement

How we use your information

• To generate your personalized visa option recommendations
• To send you relevant educational content about your situation (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• To match you with licensed immigration attorneys offering free consultations, if you opt in

What we don't do

• We do not sell your information to third parties.
• We do not share your information with anyone except the licensed attorney you explicitly request a consultation from.
• We do not use your data for advertising profiling.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on Supabase (Postgres) and Cloudflare (static hosting). Both providers maintain industry-standard security practices. We do not store payment information directly — payments (if any) are processed by Stripe.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing info@h1boptions.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We do not use third-party tracking cookies. We use first-party session storage to remember your quiz progress and a session ID for analytics.
